Live poultry birds are sensitive, living biological entities subject to strict biosecurity regulations. Once a batch of live birds is delivered to the buyer's designated vehicle or location, verified for health and average weight, and formally signed off, no returns, exchanges, or physical reversals can be entertained under any circumstances.
Can be canceled up to 18 hours before the scheduled logistics vehicle leaves our hub.
Buyers can cancel or pause their future delivery schedules at any time via their dashboard. Any unadjusted advance balance remaining for undispatched livestock will be processed for a refund.
Approved cancellation credits are automatically routed back to the customer's original payment instrument (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) through the PhonePe network within 5 to 7 operational working days.
